Managing Director – Consumer
Conor Riley is a Managing Director at Rand & Co. Holdings, LLC, where he focuses on
consumer, beauty, and CPG investments. He brings over two decades of experience as an
operator, investor, and entrepreneur, and has advised on transactions totaling more than
$1.5 billion in value.
Riley began his career as a founder, launching an event-based marketing company at the
age of twenty before moving into venture capital and private equity, where he concentrated
on technology, manufacturing, and transportation. In 2013, he joined Global Capital
Markets, Inc. as a principal, working across technology, fintech, agriculture, real estate, and
medical devices.
In 2018, he entered the beauty industry as an investor and adviser to LUXIE Beauty, later
becoming CEO. He led the company’s repositioning for global distribution, expanding into
120 countries and securing placement with leading U.S. retailers including Anthropologie,
Macy’s, and Nordstrom.
Riley attended California State University, Stanislaus, with a concentration in Marketing and
Finance. He is a California native and currently resides with his family in Atherton, CA.
Outside of work, he enjoys golf and is an avid sailor.
